JOB SUMMARY

You are crucial as Manager of Nursing Registered Nurse 1 in creating a supportive, healthy space for staff. Your responsibilities include promoting top-tier nursing practices and ensuring a nurturing environment. You play a key role in planning, policy formation, resource allocation, and improvement efforts. Designing educational programs and providing nursing care is also essential.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is needed for this role.
  • A minimum of (3) three years’ relevant experience is desired.
  • Registered Nurse
  • Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of starting the job.
    PREFERRED: Prefer a NICU and/or leadership certificatio
