Responsibilities Strategic Clinical Education: Direct the end-to-end lifecycle—analysis, design, and evaluation—of multi-faceted, competency-based learning programs to ensure core clinical excellence across the market. High-Impact Team Leadership: Manage a diverse team of subject matter experts to align national and regional clinical competencies, ensuring specialized program delivery meets nursing, allied health, and pharmacy standards. Performance & Operational Alignment: Synchronize clinical learning delivery with organizational goals, optimizing performance processes to maintain peak competency and operational efficiency. Fiscal & Regulatory Stewardship: Monitor program compliance and financial targets, managing budgets and expenditures to ensure all professional development initiatives remain cost-effective and results-driven. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 18 Months (1 1/2 year) of hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience required. 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
