As a Nurse Manager, your responsibilities include: delegating tasks to nursing staff managing and checking the nursing schedule ensuring all shifts are covered conducting assessments and performance reviews tending to patient care and assisting physicians throughout the day This Med/Surg Nurse Manager position is located at Baptist South - serving the rapidly growing neighborhoods in southern Duval and northern St. Johns counties.
