This nurse will actively work on the floor with our caregivers and nurses, providing direct bedside care while guiding and supporting the team to reach shared goals. In this role, you won’t be sitting in an office—you will actively partner with your team, providing real-time coaching, mentorship, and support while delivering high-quality, care to our residents. Your positive attitude, confident presence, and hands-on approach to leadership will serve to set the tone for the unit, ensuring a collaborative, accountable, and caring environment.
