Description Nurse Manager (RN) Brighton, Massachusetts We’re hiring a Nurse Manager (RN) who is looking for a leadership opportunity that offers both professional impact and work-life balance. This is a primarily outpatient leadership role focused on clinic operations, staff development, vaccine program coordination, and delivering an exceptional patient experience within a mission-driven community health setting. You’ll oversee clinical operations across two outpatient locations, support and develop a dedicated care team, and help drive quality outcomes for a diverse patient population. While the role is primarily administrative and operational, occasional direct patient care may be required.
