Key responsibilities include: Supervising and supporting nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Overseeing resident care plans and ensuring quality clinical outcomes Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies Maintaining accurate and timely resident documentation Monitoring compliance with state and federal regulations Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident well-being Building positive working relationships with residents, families, and team members Assisting with staff development, coaching, and performance management Requirements Nurse Manager (RN) Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois Current CPR Certification Minimum of 3 years of supervisory nursing experience Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care #IND123
