ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Manager Clinical & Associated Services role will manage assessments and dementia advisory / support services across Western NSW Local Health District.
The Aged Care Division delivers a range of clinical, non-clinical and Dementia specific services across the entire Local Health District to support older people in their families to enable them to remain supported in their home.
The aged care teams and programs have a strong commitment to advocacy, restorative care and reablement back to wellness and independence. The position will enjoy cooperation and support within a strong leadership team and can expect significant challenges in a changing aged care environment which needs to respond to a growing patient population and commonwealth and state health reforms impacting on operations.
