Schedule: 40 hours/week; 3rd shift with weekends Earn $27.47/hour Position Details Under the supervision of the Program Director and RN Nursing Supervisor, the LPN is responsible for supporting the overall health and well-being of individuals within the residential program. Duties and Responsibilities * Administer prescribed medications and therapeutic treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines. * Support residents in learning self-administration of medications; monitor and document vital signs including weight, respiration, and blood pressure. * Facilitate and co-facilitate therapeutic groups; ensure accurate and timely documentation in medical records and client progress notes. * Conduct audits of nursing documentation to maintain compliance and ensure quality standards are met.
