POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Nurse / Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This is a dual role where you will perform medical aesthetic treatments as well as support clients throughout their journey with us.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed Nurse (RN, LPN, or equivalent) in good standing in BC
• Internationally graduated physicians are also welcome to apply
• Strong interest in aesthetics, dermatology, or cosmetic medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and patient-focused
• Previous experience in medical aesthetics or patient coordination is an asset but not required – training will be provided

• Perform medical aesthetic treatments (training provided if necessary)
• Conduct skin care consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience
• Make follow-up calls to check in on patient progress and satisfaction
• Coordinate patient scheduling and clinic flow
• Support front-desk and administrative tasks as needed
• Educate patients on skin care routines and post-treatment care
• Collaborate with the clinic team to maintain a high standard of service
