Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Responsible for maintaining accurate, current and essential information to serve as a resource advocate. Responsibilities Investigates situations involving patients, families, visitors, or personnel and takes appropriate follow up action. Performs training needs assessments and develops multi-year plans to meet training needs across the organization. Works closely with risk management in reducing hospital liability through prompt and caring resolution of patient issues. Provides in-depth analysis/recommendations of data and prepares reports, graphs and information dashboards for a variety of metrics. Recommends to leadership those cases which require further review and investigation.
