We’re expanding and are looking for a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our Access Aged Care team within the eastern suburbs/hills of Perth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide clinical management and coordination across residential aged care facilities
• Conduct regular resident reviews and support person-centred care plans.
• Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, supported by a Nursing Regional Manager and admin staff.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and facility partners.
• Use your clinical knowledge and IT skills to ensure quality outcomes.
