432 Health Group – Nurse Practitioner
432 Health Group, in collaboration with Siloam Mission, is launching a vital Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) program to serve our community’s vulnerable populations. Our core mission is to remove barriers to treatment and provide essential support for individuals on their journey to recovery and achieving personal goals.
We’re seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to play a crucial role in this initiative. You’ll be responsible for guiding new clients through the intake process and providing ongoing care for those stabilized on their OAT medications.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completion of university, college or other approved Master of Nursing program
  • Active membership and in good standings with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba and current licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Manitoba
  • Demonstrated experience in prescribing OAT medications (e.g. Suboxone, Methadone, Sublocade)
  • Clear Criminal Record check, with Vulnerable Sector check
  • Clear Adult and Child Abuse Record checks’
  • Proven experience in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Knowledge of community resources
  • Thorough understand of the Personal Health Information Act (PHIA)

    Start Date: as soon as possible
    Compensation: Starting at$63.50/hr
    Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am-12:00 pm. Ability to expand hours when required
