About the Role: As a valued member of our care team, you will provide compassionate, patient-centered primary care services in a collaborative and supportive environment. This is a Monday through Friday position with no evenings or weekends (in most location), designed to promote work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality primary care to patients of all ages. Conduct health assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver comprehensive patient care. Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management. Qualifications: Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active state license. Primary Care experience preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
