Now Hiring: Nurse Practitioner in Appleton (assist in other clinics as needed) As a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey by delivering simple, effective, office-based care that helps them breathe freely. What You’ll Do: Provide patient-centered medical care under the supervision of our experienced physicians Assess both immediate and long-term patient care needs Actively listen to patients’ concerns and deliver root-cause solutions Conduct patient evaluations through interviews, physical exams, and detailed medical histories Perform in-office procedures tailored to patient needs Educate and empower patients to take charge of their health What You Bring: Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program with board certification in family or adult care Current WI licensure Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with your colleagues A strong commitment to customer service and outstanding communication abilities An interest in ENT services and procedures A valid driver's license is required Work in our Appleton clinic and assist in Green Bay and Plover clinics, if needed Why Choose ADVENT: 22 days PTO (prorated first year) for full time + paid holidays + CEU days and dollars Health, dental, and vision coverage with employer-paid HRA for full time 401k match & life insurance Regular business hours—no nights or weekends A culture that values solutions and encourages growth 24 hours a week preferred, open to fill time option Explore more at ADVENT Careers
