We know that working together is the only way we can achieve what is necessary for a healthier future.     About the role   Are you passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered care in the field of pharmacotherapy? Our Specialist Pharmacotherapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to lead and innovate in the management of complex clients requiring opioid replacement therapy and related treatments.   In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide advanced clinical care and support clients on their recovery journey. We’re looking for someone with strong clinical expertise, a commitment to harm reduction principles, and a proactive approach to leadership. Make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and supportive environment—apply today and help shape the future of specialist pharmacotherapy services.     About you    To be successful in this role you will possess: Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA), with no conditions of registration   Completed master’s degree of Nurse Practitioner or equivalent Clinical Master’s degree, as deemed appropriate by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA, including the Therapeutic Medication management module   Endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner on the National Register via the NMBA A strong commitment to high quality care  The ability to work as part of a diverse team Advanced interpersonal, communication and networking skills  Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice).
