JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. EXPERIENCE

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner certification with relevant state licensure.
  • Experience in hospital settings, particularly in areas such as infant care and utilization management, is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills with a focus on evidence-based practice.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Familiarity with clinical research methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage acute and chronic conditions, including hospital medicine and pain management.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and interpret medical imaging results.
  • Provide education to patients and families regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance patient care practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes in settings such as PICU and behavioral health.
  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with ICD-9 coding standards.
