ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Rural Health Clinics. You’ll serve patients across the lifespan with a focus on primary, preventive, and chronic care in a team-based setting.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
• See an average of 18–22 patients per day
• Manage a mix of acute, chronic, and wellness visits
• Perform in-office procedures (based on scope and training)
• Document patient encounters in EHR/EMR
• Support a culture of safety, empathy, and service
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff
