POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our collaborative team. In this role, you’ll deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care with a focus on functional, integrative, and regenerative medicine. Our mission is to help patients achieve optimal health and vitality by identifying and addressing the root causes of chronic conditions—not just managing symptoms.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in functional medicine (required)
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
• Strong diagnostic and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional communication and patient education skills
• Experience with regenerative medicine techniques (preferred)
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in integrative and functional care

• Conduct thorough patient histories and comprehensive evaluations
• Order, interpret, and review laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs
• Administer orthopedic and regenerative injections
• Administer IV therapies and treatments
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
