This is a general practice where a wide range of health care needs are met, including women's health, children's health, mental health support as well as community development. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Three (3) years full-time experience as a Registered Nurse Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Licenses Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training Basic Life Support Level C Certificate (BLS-C) Knowledge and Abilities Demonstrates educational skills & strategies produce positive healthy outcomes Demonstrates empathy, trust and respect in the provision of care Demonstrate communication skills to create positive outcomes/build relationships Ability to initiate and exercise critical thinking and decision-making Ability to promote a collaborative and team approach Ability to implement holistic, comprehensive care to individuals/groups/families Pharmacotherapeutic intervention skills to the scope of practice of RN (NP) role Demonstrates capacity to plan, implement and evaluate multiple assessments Demonstrates capacity for visioning, goal setting and utilizing change theory Ability to handle difficult situations resulting in productive outcomes Commitment to continued learning and professional development.
