Position #: 151750 Expected Start Date: January 12, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Kliniek On Main City/Town: Moose Jaw Department: Primary Care Sites Type: Casual FTE: 0 Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: Yes Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse Practitioner $52.590 to $62.910 Travel Required: Yes Job Description: Reporting to the Director, Primary Health Care Teams and in collaboration with physicians and health care provider team members, the Registered Nurse (Nurse Practitioner) will provide Primary Health Care (PHC) services to assigned populations which may include: urban populations, visiting services to rural communities, and/or priority populations (e.g. newcomers, teens) as determined by community and program needs. Depending on community and team requirements, the position may include first on-call support. Primary Health Care services include: health assessment, health promotion and education, disease and injury prevention and assessment, treatment interventions; collaboration with, and referral to, other health care providers; participation in Lean, patient safety, community development, clinical practice redesign, quality improvement, and evaluation. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Three (3) years experience working as a Registered Nurse Experience as RN (NP) in a Primary Health Care setting preferred.
