Description Now Hiring: Nurse Practitioner Location: Hobbs, NM Position Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt Reports To: Land Operations Manager Join our dedicated team at XstremeMD (XMD), where compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to occupational health come first. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to support the day-to-day operations.. If you have a strong clinical background and a desire to lead and grow, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do Provide compassionate, knowledgeable care to clients and patients Oversee daily operations of the Midland MMU, including paramedics and other clinic staff Perform assessments, develop and evaluate patient care plans Maintain compliance with OSHA, IADC, and other regulatory agencies Conduct various occupational health services, including: DOT & Non-DOT Physicals Drug Testing & Collections Hearing & Respiratory Testing Functional Capacity & Return to Work Exams Illness/injury care and pre-employment testing Participate in case reviews and recommend policy changes Ensure clinic cleanliness, staff collaboration, and customer satisfaction Requirements What You Bring Current Nurse Practitioner License 5+ years of clinical nursing experience required Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, or Sports Medicine experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage clinic operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR check (if applicable) Working Environment & Physical Requirements Professional clinical and office environment Frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs Requires both patient interaction and administrative work
