Description

Coppersmith Recruitment and Services is seeking a qualified and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join the Hospitalist team of our client, a leading healthcare provider located in Geneva, New York. This is a full-time, employed position offering flexible 12-hour rotating day shifts and an excellent compensation and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality inpatient care in collaboration with a team of hospitalists and medical staff
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Participate in daily rounds and care coordination meetings
  • Ensure continuity of care and documentation in accordance with hospital protocols
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to patient safety standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Current New York State Nurse Practitioner License
  • Board Certification as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner
  • 1 to 2 years of acute care experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $115,000 – $135,000 per year
