Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team and lead the IV therapy and age management services at our new cardiology medical center. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administering IV therapies and managing age-related health issues, with a strong passion for patient care and wellness. Key Responsibilities: Administer IV therapies to patients, ensuring accurate and safe delivery of treatments. Develop and implement personalized age management plans for patients, focusing on preventative care and wellness. Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans. Educate patients on the benefits of IV therapy and age management, providing guidance and support for their wellness journey. Monitor and assess patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with medical and legal standards. Lead the development and growth of the IV therapy and age management services, including marketing and community outreach. Stay current with the latest research and advancements in IV therapy and age management, incorporating new techniques and treatments into practice. Provide leadership and mentorship to other nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Qualifications: Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of New York. Proficiency in phlebotomy and intravenous access. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IV therapy and age management. Strong knowledge of cardiovascular health and related treatments. Excellent patient care and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Proven leadership abilities with experience in program development and growth.
