POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a full-time Nurse PractitIoner - Integrative Medicine to join our VANDE team. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop a new, integrative care approach in the insured medical market. QUALIFICATIONS:

Nurse Practitioner (NP): nationally certified as Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP).
Experience and/or education in integrative medicine preferred.
Training in Integrative Ayurveda will be provided
Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for developing and growing an innovative model of care.
Strong teamwork skills to manage a team of allied health professionals to collaborate in a multidisciplinary setting.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $93,600.00 - $132,687.38 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sugar Land, TX 7747

Conduct comprehensive physical exams with emphasis on patient education
Manage & guide care plans for chronic/acute conditions
Order respective labs/imaging & interpret results
Prescribe medication & monitor treatment effectiveness
Apply evidence-based Integrative Ayurveda protocols in patient care, with the onsite ayurveda practitioner.
Provide best-practice medical care supplemented by lifestyle, diet, and non-pharmacological interventions, either personally.
Collaborate with physician & staff to ensure quality care
Transparent, concise & respectful communication with patients & colleagues
Prompt detailed documentation completion.
Learn and practice, natural medicine in a contemporary medical setting.
