This is a unique opportunity to work closely with reproductive endocrinologists, nurses, and laboratory staff in a specialty setting that blends advanced medicine with heartfelt care. The Nurse Practitioner provides high-quality clinical support across all phases of patient care — from diagnostics through treatment — while delivering an exceptional patient experience. As a key member of our clinical team, you will: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including medical histories, fertility histories, and physical examinations. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic testing related to fertility care including hormone panels, ultrasounds, and imaging studies. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with reproductive endocrinologists. Monitor patients undergoing fertility treatments including ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF). Perform baseline and monitoring ultrasounds when credentialed and trained. Prescribe medications and adjust treatment protocols according to physician-approved plans and clinical findings. Manage early pregnancy monitoring including lab interpretation and ultrasound follow-up. Assist physicians with fertility-related procedures. Educate patients regarding fertility diagnoses, treatment options, and medication protocols. Provide counseling regarding treatment expectations, risks, and outcomes. Support patients through complex and emotionally sensitive treatment journeys. Ensure patients understand medication administration and monitoring schedules. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and embryology lab staff to coordinate patient treatment cycles. Review laboratory and ultrasound results and communicate updates to patients. Document patient encounters and treatment plans in the electronic medical record. Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. Follow clinic protocols and evidence-based fertility practices. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies. Why join us?
