Nurse Practitioner Maitland FL (10 miles N of Orlando) We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical group full-time in Melbourne and Maitland FL. We are a highly reputable, growing multidisciplinary team that believes in providing high quality care and helping others improve their quality of life. We are seeking a like-minded nurse practitioner to join our team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide care and support to a wide variety of patients and work in a friendly, welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is personable, enjoys focusing on getting the best outcome for the patients, and is a team player willing to work with a multidisciplinary team and is bilingual (Spanish/English). This position is in Maitland (3-4 days per week) with potential for additional pay/hours if willing to commute 1 day per week to our office in Melbourne. We treat a variety of conditions to include acute and chronic injuries, personal injury and TBIs. Duties: Combination of telehealth and in office patient visits Patient exam/evaluation- HPI, physical exam, medical history, review pertinent information/records/imaging Order and review diagnostic imaging/labs, and testing Diagnosis and Treatment Plan formulation Referral to other providers as indicated Documentation- timely and accurate Patient education- as to the diagnosis, treatment plan options and pre/post care instructions Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care Qualifications: Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner program Nurse Practitioner license in FL Bilingual in Spanish/English Schedule: Full time (4 days per week) Salary: Up to $125k plus additional bonuses Benefits: PTO/Vacation- 2 weeks plus additional sick time Health, Dental and Vision insurance options 401k Pet Insurance ST disability, Critical illness, Hospital indemnity, Legal protection We are looking for someone long-term, interested in growth with the company.
