Location: Montreal, Canada
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay: $40/hour starting rate, with potential for higher pay based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule: Flexible weekdays + alternating Saturdays

POSITION SUMMARY

The Nurse Practitioner will provide non-surgical cosmetic treatments with a primary focus on injectables (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRP), lasers, and patient consultations. You will play a key role in educating patients, creating tailored treatment plans, and ensuring procedures are performed to the highest standards of safety and patient satisfaction.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license — Required
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience — Required
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience — Required
  • Completed training in medical aesthetics (injectables, lasers, or related) — Required
  • Strong understanding of facial anatomy and advanced injection techniques
  • Bilingual in French and English — Required
  • Ability to work Saturdays and in a fast-paced clinic
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a medical spa or dermatology setting
  • Knowledge of laser treatments
  • Occasional travel availability (a plus, not required)
