  • Master’s degree or Doctorate in Nursing Practice.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in women’s health, primary care, or related specialty.
  • Preferred: Menopause Practitioner Certification (e.g., NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner – NCMP).
  • Strong clinical decision-making skills with the ability to tailor care to individual patient needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our women’s health team with a focus on perimenopause and menopause care. The NP will play a key role in assessing, diagnosing, and managing women experiencing menopause-related symptoms, providing evidence-based treatment recommendations, and supporting patients in optimizing long-term health and quality of life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct comprehensive menopause and midlife health assessments (history, physical exam, symptom tracking, lab review as indicated).
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including hormone and non-hormone therapy options.
  • Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness and safety in line with clinical guidelines.
  • Provide counseling on lifestyle interventions including nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and stress management.
  • Coordinate follow-up care and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and preferences.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (physicians, dietitians, coaches, therapists) to provide holistic support.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Stay current with evidence-based research and best practices in menopause, midlife health, and women’s wellness.
