Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Primary Care Locations: Burbank, Mission Hills, & Panorama City, CA Employment Type: Full-Time SCHEDULE * Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Burbank & Mission Hills) * Wednesdays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Panorama City) * Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing outpatient primary care team serving the communities of Burbank, Mission Hills, and Panorama City. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. Candidates with prior FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) experience are strongly preferred. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply. RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan * Conduct physical exams, assessments, and follow-up visits * Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions * Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work * Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans * Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices * Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR * Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure quality patient care QUALIFICATIONS * Active California Nurse Practitioner license * Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) * DEA license and furnishing number required * BLS certification required * Previous outpatient primary care experience preferred * FQHC experience strongly preferred * Spanish-speaking preferred * Strong communication and organizational skills WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive compensation * Supportive team environment * Opportunity to serve diverse communities * Growth and development opportunities We are looking for a provider who is passionate about community healthcare and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
