Description We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate Develop and implement patient care plans Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention Maintain accurate and timely medical records Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff Requirements Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing (NP Program) Active Nurse Practitioner license in Tennessee Strong Clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
