JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license with relevant certifications
  • Experience with children and pediatrics is preferred
  • Background in nursing home or senior care settings is highly desirable

  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration protocols
  • Previous experience in case management is an asset
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
  • Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on improving health outcomes

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to medical protocols
