Job Details Job Location: Oneida Health Cancer Care Medical Oncology - Oneida, NY 13421 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Masters Degree Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00 Salary/year Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Days Job Category: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Oneida Health Cancer Care, a member of the Roswell Park Care Network, seeks an experienced full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team at the William G. Griffin Medical Oncology Center in Oneida. The center features 12 exam rooms and a 12-chair infusion floor, led by our experienced team, which includes one board-certified physician and two Nurse Practitioners. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can “hit the ground running” as this practice is positioned for growth. The role is Monday through Friday (40 hours), with consult-only call responsibilities for two weeks every eight weeks. Additional compensation is provided for on-call duties. The average number of patients per day is eight to eleven. Compensation: $115,000 to $145,000 per year based on experience Sign-on: Negotiable at time of hire. Qualifications Your Essential Qualifications: Education: Masters of Science in Nursing License: NY Nurse Practitioner license with prescriptive authority Experience A minimum of three years of professional nursing experience in a clinical setting (ICU/IM/ED/Hospitalist) or two years of nurse practitioner experience is preferred (Oncology experience preferred) Certification Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioners (AOCNP) are preferred.

The Nurse Practitioner will assess patients, establish diagnoses, implement treatment plans, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. They will also manage patient records and ensure safe, ethical care.
