NOW HIRING: NURSE PRACTITIONER (NP) OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT (PA)

Location: Temecula, CA (occasional cross-coverage in San Marcos)

POSITION SUMMARY

We seek an NP or PA with at least 3 years of clinical experience to provide comprehensive, longitudinal care across service lines including, but not limited to: hormone optimization (BHRT, TRT), medical weight loss and metabolic health, peptide therapy, device-based aesthetic medicine, and holistic lifestyle coaching.

DEVICE-BASED MEDICAL AESTHETICS (EXPERIENCE PREFERRED)

• Perform non-invasive procedures including, but not limited to:
• Diode laser hair removal
• IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) and DPL (Dynamic Pulsed Light)
• CO₂ laser resurfacing for texture and photodamage
• Ensure rigorous safety, documentation, and patient education.
• Note: We do not offer neurotoxins or dermal fillers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active California NP or PA license.
• 3+ years of clinical practice.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in any of the following: BHRT/TRT, metabolic/weight management, peptide therapy, device-based aesthetics, or functional medicine.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and follow-through.
• Comfort working both independently and collaboratively.
