QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in Georgia.
  • Experience in functional medicine, BHRT/pellets, and/or weight loss is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive and holistic care across the areas of peptide therapy, hormone therapy, weight loss, wellness, etc.
  • Conduct professional consultations with patients, including hormone and general health assessments, lab screening, prescribing medication, and follow-up care.
  • Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
  • Provide compassionate and meaningful care by employing shared decision-making with your patients, and collaborating with physicians to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans for their health history, wellness goals, and access to medication/BHRT.
  • Provide ongoing clinical support to patients as they navigate their journey, including managing medication side effects and adjusting the treatment plan based on changes in the patient’s progress against established goals.
  • Complete required onboarding, engage in quality assurance processes, complete new provider training and quizzes, and adhere to company guidelines, policies, procedures, and protocols.
