We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP)/ Physician Assistant (PA) to join a leading pulmonary outpatient care team. • Provide comprehensive patient evaluations: assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute & chronic conditions
• Deliver specialized pulmonary care, including chest X-ray, CT, and PFT interpretation
• Educate patients on preventive care and chronic disease management strategies
• Monitor treatment plans and adjust based on clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient care
• Build referral relationships with local providers to expand network reach
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation (HIPAA, OSHA, and evidence-based standards)
