The Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs. Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner will manage the complex chronic conditions of their own patient panel, seeing approximately 6 to 8 patients per day in their homes. This role focuses on providing patient-centered care rather than prioritizing volume.
