We are Looking for: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our women's health practice. The NP will provide comprehensive care to patients across the reproductive lifespan, including well-woman exams, contraceptive counseling, prenatal and postnatal care, menopause management, and the treatment of acute and chronic gynecologic conditions. The NP will perform in-office procedures, order and interpret diagnostic tests, write prescriptions, and refer to physicians as appropriate. Responsibilities: Conduct routine gynecological exams, including Pap smears, pelvic exams, and breast exams Diagnose and manage common gynecological conditions (e.g., infections, abnormal bleeding, PCOS) Provide prenatal and postnatal care in collaboration with supervising physicians Counsel patients on contraception, family planning, menopause, and reproductive health Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and lifestyle management Interpret diagnostic tests such as ultrasounds and laboratory results Collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians, sonographers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Why You’ll Love Working With Us: Competitive base salary + productivity bonuses Structured mentorship and clinical growth with increasing independence Worklife balance Collaborative and respectful work environment Full benefits package including: 401(k) with company match Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid time off Disability insurance Requirements Licensed or license-eligible NP in the state of Texas Board certified (AANP/ANCC) Prior experience in Women's Health, OB/GYN Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong documentation and organizational skills

Responsibilities
