Benefits include: PTO, paid holidays & 401(k) with 4% employer match 80% employer-paid medical insurance for employees, plus optional low-cost dental, vision, and family plans Pet insurance, legal insurance, identity theft protection, travel insurance, and employee discount programs Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations for acute conditions, injuries, and chronic pain Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Perform in-office procedures, including joint and trigger point injections, abscess incision & drainage, suturing, and splinting Interpret diagnostic tests and adjust care plans accordingly Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, efficient care Stay current with best practices in urgent care and pain management Requirements Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Texas Current DEA license (or ability to obtain) Prior experience in urgent care, pain management, or primary care preferred, but not required Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills Ability to work independently with physician collaboration Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations for acute conditions, injuries, and chronic pain, as well as developing and managing individualized treatment plans. Providers will also perform in-office procedures like injections, suturing, and abscess drainage, while maintaining accurate EMR documentation.
