Family Medicine is located within the Baldwin Building, NW Clinic, NE Clinic, SE Clinic, and Kasson Clinic. The exact practice location will be determined based on practice needs at the time of hire. The NP or PA will work in a care team setting in collaboration with other team members including physicians and other allied health staff. The NP or PA will be involved in population management strategies to improve chronic illness outcomes. The provision of care includes but is not limited to comprehensive evaluation, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescription of pharmacologic agents and treatments, non-pharmacologic therapies, and counseling patients. During the selection process you may participate in an OnDemand (pre-recorded) interview that you can complete at your convenience. During the OnDemand interview, a question will appear on your screen, and you will have time to consider each question before responding. You will have the opportunity to re-record your answer to each question – Mayo Clinic will only see the final recording.
