Description Pain Specialists of America ("PSA") is a Texas-based, multisite comprehensive pain management company that includes over 15 locations. We are seeking talented professionals who can support the business and help it achieve its strategic objectives. We are seeking a high energy, compassionate and excited Advanced Practice Provider (APP), Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, to join our dynamic team who can support our Killeen location. Essential Functions Perform physical exams and patient observations. Record patient medical histories and symptoms. Create patient care plans and contribute to existing plans. Order, administer and analyze diagnostic tests. Detect changes in a patient’s health and change treatment plans as necessary. Administer medicines and treatments. Evaluate responses to treatments and medications. Consult with healthcare professionals. Train patients and families on managing pain. PSA is looking for a Licensed Practitioner who will be responsible for managing health problems and coordinating health care for patients in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations and the nursing standards of care.
