Main duties of the job Provide expert clinical assessment and treatment to patients, both face-to-face and remotely Manage acute presentations, chronic conditions, and minor illness independently Prescribe medications safely and appropriately as an independent prescriber Request, interpret and act on diagnostic tests and investigations Refer patients to appropriate services or clinicians as needed Contribute to chronic disease management, QOF achievement, and preventative health Support the training and supervision of other clinical team members (if appropriate) Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with practice policy you will work autonomously to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients presenting with a wide range of conditions.
