* Conduct pre-employment, annual, and regulatory health screenings (e.g., physical exams, respirator clearance, immunization review). * Manage work-related injuries and exposures (e.g., needlestick injuries, bloodborne pathogen exposure) including assessment, treatment, follow-up, and documentation. * Provide post-exposure evaluation, prophylaxis, counseling, and monitoring in accordance with OSHA, CDC, and institutional guidelines. * Oversee immunization programs, including vaccine administration, compliance tracking, and education. * Evaluate fitness-for-duty, work restrictions, and return-to-work status in collaboration with HR, risk management, and leadership. * Diagnose and manage minor acute illnesses and injuries within scope of practice. * Maintain accurate, confidential employee health records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies. * Participate in infection prevention initiatives and surveillance activities. * Educate employees on workplace safety, injury prevention, wellness, and occupational health risks. * Serve as a clinical resource for employee health staff and leadership. Qualifications * Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program. * Current Nurse Practitioner licensure and certification (FNP, ANP, or equivalent). * Active RN and NP license in the state of practice. * BLS certification (ACLS preferred depending on setting). * Experience in employee health, occupational health, urgent care, primary care, or public health preferred.
