Clinical & Leadership Responsibilities The NP/PA will serve as the primary clinical practitioner while also helping to: Conduct patient consultations focused on men’s health optimization Review laboratory results and medical history Develop and prescribe personalized treatment plans Manage testosterone therapy protocols Oversee erectile dysfunction and regenerative therapy programs Perform injections and PRP procedures when appropriate Support patient education and shared treatment decision-making In addition to clinical care, the NP/PA will assist in: Overseeing medical staff Supporting day-to-day clinic workflow Maintaining high standards of patient experience Collaborating with the Medical Director on clinical protocols Treatment Programs Offered Clinicians will work with modern men’s health and wellness therapies including: Testosterone optimization therapy Erectile dysfunction treatment programs Shockwave therapy (GAINSWave®) PRP regenerative procedures GLP-1 medical weight management Peptide therapy Vitamin and wellness injection programs This role integrates hormone therapy, regenerative medicine, and longevity wellness care.
