Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care | Boynton Beach, FL Compensation: $135K base salary + productivity bonuses (total earning potential $145K–$150K+) Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM Setting: Outpatient | Geriatric Focus | Medicare-Only Practice About the Opportunity MASC Medical is partnering with a Primary Care Office, a highly respected outpatient primary care practice in Boynton Beach, FL, to recruit an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join their growing team. This position offers an exceptional work environment where you can deliver high-quality care to an established Medicare-only patient population. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to a predominantly geriatric Medicare population. Manage approximately 20 patients per day in a supportive outpatient environment. Coordinate with the supervising physician and care team to optimize outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation. Participate in light phone-only call rotation (approximately 7–8 calls per week). Qualifications Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license (Family or Adult Medicine). Minimum of 2 years of outpatient primary care experience required. Board Certified (AANP or ANCC). Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills.
