OPEN POSITION: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - All-Ages Primary Care SCHEDULE: - Full-Time - 40 Hours per Week - Some Flexibility Offered OFFICE HOURS: - Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm - Saturday, 7:30am to 4:30pm - Sunday, closed - Holidays, closed COMPENSATION: - $110,000 to $130,000 Base Salary, dependent on experience - Daily Productivity Bonuses - Malpractice Insurance - Health Insurance - Paid Time Off Package - Paid Holidays - 401k w/ 3% Match - Full Details Negotiable LOCATION: Johns Creek, Georgia COMPANY PROFILE: This private practice provides a full scope of all-ages primary care services to residents of the greater Atlanta area. They currently have 5 clinic locations and employ a dedicated team of 6 physicians and 10 advanced practitioners, who are supported by fully-trained clinical and administrative staff members. They are currently hiring due to growth in their Johns Creek office. POSITION DESCRIPTION: The new provider will work within the area of general outpatient family medicine, seeing patients of all ages for routine primary care needs. Duties of the role include, but are not limited to: - annual exams - follow-up visits - chronic disease management - acute sick / injury visits - telemedicine visits Nurse practitioners and physician assistants see between 20 and 30 patients per day, depending on the volume of telemedicine calls, and are supported by clinical assistants in all visits. The practice uses the MDLand EHR. The practice has a high volume of patients who speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese and the new provider must be fluent in one or both dialects, with a passion for providing culturally-competent care to the local Asian community.
