About the Role As a full-time NP or PA, you’ll deliver comprehensive care to a high-need, high-risk geriatric population. We’re looking for someone with a background in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics who can work autonomously while collaborating with our multidisciplinary team. This role combines hands-on patient care with remote support, like prescription refills, lab reviews, and patient communication, giving you a balanced schedule.
