Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a community focused outpatient setting. This role offers the opportunity to provide high quality primary care while working within an integrated care model serving Northern Maine communities. POSITION OVERVIEW The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant provides comprehensive patient care including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. Responsibilities include health promotion, disease prevention, identification and management of health problems, and coordination of care with primary care providers. The provider practices within the scope of licensure and collaborates with supervising physicians as applicable.
