What Our Ideal New Team Member Looks Like We're looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who: Has at least one year of pain management experience Enjoys developing long-term relationships with patients Is comfortable managing both new consultations and established follow-up visits Has an interest in interventional pain management and advanced treatment options Works collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff Demonstrates excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills Is compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering outstanding patient care Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient pain management practice in Glendale, Arizona. The provider will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients experiencing acute and chronic pain while collaborating closely with our physicians on comprehensive treatment plans. The ideal candidate has previous experience in pain management and is familiar with both conservative and interventional treatment approaches. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a high-quality practice focused on improving patient function and quality of life through evidence-based pain management. Primary Responsibilities Evaluate new patient consultations Conduct follow-up visits for established patients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Manage chronic and acute pain conditions Order and interpret diagnostic testing when appropriate Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness Educate patients regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and expectations Coordinate care with referring providers and specialists Document patient encounters using eClinicalWorks (eCW) Collaborate with physicians regarding procedural planning and patient management Preferred Clinical Experience Experience with or knowledge of advanced pain management therapies including: Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) Kyphoplasty MILD Procedure Intracept Procedure Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS) Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Other interventional pain management techniques QualificationsRequired Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Eligible for Arizona licensure (if relocating) DEA license or ability to obtain Minimum one year of pain management experience Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Preferred Experience in interventional pain management Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) Experience working in a high-volume outpatient practice If you meet all of our criteria and would like to be considered, please apply with your most updated Resume/CV.
