Description About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join our pediatric healthcare team. This role supports patient assessments, treatment planning, and overall continuity of care for infants, children, and adolescents. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive pediatric assessments, including well-child checks and sick visits. Manage patient care plans, including follow-up and care coordination. Support efficient utilization of pediatric healthcare resources. Perform pediatric procedures within scope, including catheterization and basic respiratory support as needed. Provide newborn and infant care; experience with higher acuity situations is a plus. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice activities. Educate and support parents and caregivers on pediatric health conditions and treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the clinical team to provide integrated care. Maintain accurate documentation and utilize pediatric medical terminology appropriately. Support smooth daily clinic operations and workflows. Requirements Valid certification as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant). Bilingual Spanish/English — strongly preferred. Strong skills in pediatric assessment and clinical evaluation. Experience in pediatrics, primary care, family medicine, or urgent care preferred. Familiarity with utilization management and care coordination. Pediatric or neonatal procedure experience is beneficial. Excellent communication skills and a warm, patient-centered approach with children and families. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary pediatric team.
