FULL-TIME | PERMANENT | 37.5 HOURS/WEEK

The Family First Family Health Team is seeking a committed, experienced Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in primary care to join our team of collaborative physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff. Together, we strive to improve access to comprehensive, patient-centered care across our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in partnership with Family First physicians.
  • Conduct 20-minute Advanced Access and 40-minute Comprehensive Preventative Care appointments.
  • Participate in program development and continuous quality improvement.
  • Contribute to medical directives and group/individual health education initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3–5 years of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in a primary care setting.
  • Confident in managing both acute and chronic conditions independently.
  • Bilingual in English and French (preferred).
  • Committed to collaborative, team-based care and continuous learning.
  • Professional, respectful, and responsive to feedback.
  • A natural leader who contributes positively to the workplace environment.

Qualifications:

  • Master of Science in Nursing (NP) from a recognized institution.
  • Registered Nurse in the Extended Class (NP) with the College of Nurses of Ontario.

Salary & Benefits:

  • $109,960 – $124,621/year, based on experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Enrollment in the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP).
